Personality Test: 16PF

ArchiBat HR employs the 16PF personality test certification. This test measures 16 character traits that can be grouped into 5 global factors: anxiety, will, extraversion, independence, and self-control. The outcome of this test provides a valuable tool in confirming whether a candidate is right for the position and/or the job. ArchiBat HR can carry out this test independently of any other services, or include it in the overall applicant evaluation process: personal interview and reference check.
